Mar 5th – vegan lent – day 21

Ate leftovers from dinner for breakfast which was surprising tasty and then there were more cakes to sell at uni. The other two very damn tasty vegan options vegan cookies

And upside down pineapple cake (winner in my opinion)

Meant I had to have something vaguely resembling healthy when I got home gone 10pm. So, green stir fry it was with purple broccoli, brussels, runner beans, mushrooms, wild rice and some leftover carrot all fried in chili, mustard seeds, garlic, onion, star anise and ginger. Served with soy sauce and lime slice
